I'm super excited to see Newgrounds coming up back to relevance again :3

I only used to visit this place every so often in 2012s , back when flash animation was still in boom.

To me this place is kind of a furnace of creativity and indie projects, so I never really felt like a part of the comunity because I wasn't even an artist back then.

But now, when I started posting more of my works here, I got really warmly surprised with positive reception and good will! I didn't know what how my horse content would stick out here but so far, most of you guys seem to enjoy it and I couldn't be happier :')

Anyway, I assume some part of you aready know me, but for those who don't let me do brief introduction:

I'm Alumx, (or Vas as a nickname) right now I'm a fine arts student (in traditional painting) but in the past I never was interested in art until mlp happened (around 2012).

I've been interested both in music and art, but chose to stick to art early in my career to sort-of-speak become actually good at it.

Animation has been quite recent change , relatively speaking, because before that I've been more interested in becoming a concept artist for the future. But lately (2 years ago) animation has been growing on me, its such a powereful way of comunicating ideas and feelings, something that still images struggle to do.

So now I consider myself pretty much a story-boarder/generalist with a passion of filmmaking. My work usually consists of comedy/dumb light hearted skits, but I always try to but genuinity in it. Its important for me to make stuff that are simply fun to watch, any deeper art or meaning is just a side-effect.

So well, enough of my rambling, lookin' forward to post more stuff in here
